This policy explains how TorusLabs PLT ("Torus", "we") handles your personal data when you use this website or register for the Findable workshop. We handle personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Registration details you submit through our event registration platform (event.toruslabs.my): your name, email address, phone number, and business information you choose to share.
• Payment information is processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card or banking details.
• Usage data is collected by Google Analytics, which uses cookies to record anonymous, aggregated information about how visitors use this website (such as pages viewed and general location). We use this only to understand interest in the workshop and improve the site. This website has no contact forms. See Google's Privacy Policy for how Google processes this data.

How we use it

• To confirm your place, send your preparation guide, and share workshop updates, including Part Two scheduling.
• To help you during the sessions, for example when troubleshooting the website you build.
• To keep records we are legally required to keep, such as receipts.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run the event (such as our registration and payment platform) or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep registration records for as long as needed to run the workshop and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
